The Chat as a Service will let platforms and websites integrate a chat widget for their users to communicate either with platforms' costumer service as well between users typically "sellers" and "buyers". The project includes a full featured mobile chat app, a web browser based chat app, a website for presenting the product and for costumers to manage their accounts and a embedable widget for integration on the platforms and websites that will provide the means for users to initiate a conversation.
